RETURN POLICY
Following is YETI Coolers return policy for all purchases made through our internet site:
A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be unworn and returned in the original box. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
After 30 days, a store credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be unworn and returned in the original box. This store credit has no expiration date. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 60 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE.
To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise so we can process your return.
SHIPPING POLICY
YETI Coolers uses Federal Express Ground service on all shipments unless otherwise noted by the customer. Please allow 1-7 BUSINESS days for your order to arrive based on your location and which product(s) you choose.
YETI Coolers can not ship merchandise outside of the USA at this time. All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight (no ground service available), and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If this should occur, we will contact you with the new shipping charge before processing your order.
