SHIPPING POLICY
YETI Coolers understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Please review our shipping policies below. However, if expedited shipping or special arrangements are necessary, please contact customer service by phone (512-394-9384) or by E-Mail (customerservice@yeticoolers.com). We will be happy to assist you.
Please note all custom logo or monogrammed coolers will require additional processing time. Promotional shipping (i.e. Free Shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the continental United States (does not apply to HI or AK), and could pertain only to orders above a certain threshold (i.e. $100).
Continental United States and Canada
YETI® Coolers uses Federal Express Ground service on all shipments within the continental United States and Canada unless otherwise noted by the customer. Please allow 1-3 days for processing, and an additional 1-4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and which product(s) you choose.
You will be given a tracking number for your shipment via email when your order has been processed.
Alaska and Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight (no ground service available), and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If this should occur, we will contact you with the new shipping charge before processing your order.
You will be given a tracking number for your shipment via email when your order has been processed.
International
YETI® only offers international shipping via a third-party, please visit Bongo for more information. If you need additional assistance, please contact customer service by phone (512-394-9384) or by E-Mail (customerservice@yeticoolers.com). We will be happy to assist you.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from YETI Coolers, you can return the product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies to your purchase. Please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy.
The following is YETI® Coolers’ return policy for all purchases made through our website:
- You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused / unworn, and returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of original receipt of the purchase.
- A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
- After 30 days, a store credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused / unworn, and returned in the original packaging. This store credit has no expiration date. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
- No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 60 days of the original purchase date.
- Please contact YETI customer service team at (512) 394-9384 to set up your return.
To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise so we can process your return. Please note our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from YETI Coolers via phone, showroom, or website.
